• OMERO.web 5.6 或更高版本。

从 PyPI 安装

本节假设 OMERO.web 已经安装。

使用 pip 安装应用程序

$ pip install -U omero-fpbioimage

将 fpbioimage 自定义应用程序添加到您已安装的 Web 应用程序中

$ bin/omero config append omero.web.apps '"omero_fpbioimage"'

可选地，将 fpbioimage 添加到“打开方式”配置中，以便在 OMERO.webclient 中启用图像的打开方式菜单

$ bin/omero config append omero.web.open_with '["omero_fpbioimage", "fpbioimage_index",
  {"script_url": "fpbioimage/openwith.js", "supported_objects": ["image"], "label": "FPBioimage"}]'

现在按正常方式重新启动 OMERO.web。
