用法
首先，您需要像文档中解释的那样配置statsd客户端：http://statsd.readthedocs.org/en/latest/configure.html#from-the-environment
使用--events参数启动您的celery工作进程
celery worker --events
然后，使用以下参数运行instax
celery events -c instax.Instax --frequency=10.0
两次数据收集之间的秒数频率。
