构建用户和频道的马尔可夫链。将按需生成示例句子。命令将允许重建频道或用户的马尔可夫链。

我们还集成了cobe (https://github.com/pteichman/cobe)，它是MegaHAL的最新迭代，MegaHAL是一种使用马尔可夫链进行学习的对话大脑，可以使用消息作为种子来响应声明。
