Mandrill集成立方体

提供2个主要功能

1. 劫持调用config.sendmails的现有函数

   在这些函数中，调用“sendmails”服务而不是config.sendmails，该服务由mandrill立方体提供。

   https://www.cubicweb.org/ticket/3797393建议将config.sendmails替换为核心中的服务。

2. 提供改进的NotificationView

   Mandrill提供了一个模板API：https://mandrillapp.com/api/docs/messages.python.html#method=send-template

   MandrillNotificationViewMixin使用它并允许向每个收件人发送不同的电子邮件。

   除了使用Mandrill的send-template API之外，它还给予开发者在发送者和每个收件人的合并变量方面更多的控制。

   由于它是一个Mixin类，它可以与现有的通知混合，使其立即可以使用Mandrill模板。
