初始化

默认情况下，carbon-client根据os.environ变量创建客户端

• CARBON_HOST - 包含一个或多个端点（例如“127.0.0.1:2003, 10.2.1.0:2003”）

• CARBON_NS - 它是发送指标的命名空间（例如“carbon.coal-service”）
